We currently ship within the United States only. Orders are processed Monday–Friday and leave our City of Industry, California warehouse within 1–2 business days.
- Free standard shipping on orders of $35 or more (3–5 business days).
- Standard shipping — $4.99 (3–5 business days).
- Express shipping — $12.99 (2–3 business days).
You will receive a shipping confirmation with tracking as soon as your parcel is on its way. Delivery estimates are calculated from the dispatch date, not the order date.

30-day returns
Changed your mind? Return unused gear in its original packaging within 30 days of delivery for a refund to the original payment method. Items must be unused, clean and complete. For hygiene and safety reasons, opened hydration bladders, underwear and climbing safety equipment cannot be returned once used.
To start a return, email support@fairytiger.com with your order number. We will send return instructions within one business day, including a return label addressed to our City of Industry warehouse (108-118 Brea Canyon Road, City of Industry, CA 91789, United States). Refunds are issued within 5–10 business days after inspection.
Damaged or wrong items
If something arrives damaged or is not what you ordered, contact us within 7 days of delivery with a photo. We will replace it or refund it, including any shipping cost.
