How long does delivery take?
Standard shipping takes 3–5 business days after dispatch. Express takes 2–3 business days. Orders placed before 1pm ET on a business day usually leave the warehouse the same day.
Do you ship outside the United States?
Not yet. We currently ship to US addresses only, including AK and HI via standard shipping.
What is your return policy?
Unused gear can be returned within 30 days of delivery. See Shipping & Returns for exclusions and instructions.
Is checkout secure?
Yes. Checkout runs over HTTPS and card details are handled by our PCI-compliant payment providers. We never store full card numbers on our servers.
Can I change or cancel an order?
Email support@fairytiger.com as soon as possible. We can usually change an order before it is dispatched. Once it has shipped, please use the returns process.
Do you offer discounts for groups or wholesale?
